How You Can Help Sponsor
A sponsorship is $35 per month and supports real-life needs that keep a child healthy, safe, and able to stay in school. Your support goes toward essentials like food, medicine, clothing, transportation, treatment, and education.

Donate Factor With Project SHARE
Project SHARE is a humanitarian program that donates blood-clotting medicine called factor to developing countries. Recipients include patients, doctors, clinics, and hospitals in countries where factor is scarce or unavailable.

Ride a Bike Save a Life
Dates: Apr 17 - Nov 14 - 2026
In 2026, Save One Life is excited to launch Wheels for the World as our largest and most inclusive virtual ride yet, bringing together our global community to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This fully virtual event allows participants to ride on their own schedule and in their own space, whether in their neighborhood, at a fitness center, at home, or alongside fellow community members.
Participants can track their mileage while cycling in their local community, or riding independently. No matter where or how you ride, every mile counts toward our shared goal of making this our biggest virtual ride ever, with participants from at least 25 states.
Recognizing that many in our community are unable to ride a bike, we are expanding our definition of “wheels” to include multiple modes of transportation so that everyone can take part. This year, we are especially excited to introduce a cross-country motorcycle ride as part of the initiative, continuing to grow the reach and impact of Wheels for the World.
Proceeds from Wheels for the World support Save One Life’s mission, including helping provide transportation for children in our partner countries. Every mile fuels hope, directly supports children in need, and brings communities together. Whether you are riding with friends, participating virtually, or cheering from afar, your involvement makes a real and lasting difference.
